Vace is a DC institution in my eyes. I enjoy stocking up on the homemade sauces and pastas to store in the freezer. I also like the imported Italian brands they carry. My favorite thing to buy is the pizza dough. It's the best of the best and will hold up in the fridge for several days or more. The staff told me to leave it out for 4 hours before stretching it and topping it. That works well. I may also get a slice to go!

The best pizza I've had in the dmv. I'm not exaggerating here, it's basically perfect. I couldn't believe it. I grew up in NYC, and I'll tell you they can compete with anyone out from the big apple. When you try it, you'll understand. Capiche
