Vapiano M Street

LOVE Vapiano's. But all 2 DC locations are closed at the moment. Reston location has been closed LONG before Covid showed up.2 weekends ago I went to the M. Street location for carry out during Covid-19, since the Vapiano website nor the social media said it was fully closed.But seems even carry out is now closed. I REALLY miss Vapiano's. Pre Covid Review: Vapiano is a great spot for a quick lunch/dinner. If you love pasta, this place is a must try. You can create your own dish from the pasta type to the sauce. They also have their own signature creations you can choose from. The set up reminds me of a Mongolian bbq spot. You tell the chef what you want and they cook it right in front of you.

One of my favorite places to go for a cute dinner with my fiancé. I love the layout & how it feels fancy sometimes even though it's not "fancy" lol. I will say that sometimes depending on who cooks your pasta it can come out better than other times. I recommend knowing if you want extra of anything or knowing how to tweak your sauce if need be. I've missed dining here due to covid & can't wait to be back in & munching on my mushroom pasta & pesto pizza. YUM!
