Villa Yara has become our go-to place for Middle Eastern food. Wonderful for brunch, excellent for dinner. A live bossa nova music evening was fantastic. The atmosphere is charming with the courtyard fountain. We always have a great meal here.
I stopped in after walking around Georgetown on a beautiful Autumn day. The staff were warm and welcoming. One thing I learned by stopping in at 2:45pm is their kitchen closes so they can prepare to re-open for dinner service. Learning this I had to place my order all at one time. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, we came to Villa Yara for my dad’s birthday and were immediately reminded why we love this place so much.
