Extra work for the employee(s) preparing them—-though, well worth it, because, the freshness of the egg can be tasted—job well done) Love their breakfast biscuits , and their fresh prepared beef patties for their burgers! Customer Service has improved at this location, and this location is very convenient!

Sometimes this location is a hit or miss.They seem pretty busy, and the Front of house almost always seems overwhelmed. A lot of the people working on the line? Are multitasking from fryers to the line and the cashiers aren’t able to handle ordering at 3rd party orders. The management team here is great! But I notice that the team needs to rely on those extra bodies to assist.The restaurant being understaffed could be what’s contributing to poor guest experience because of the team feeling overwhelmed or understaffed.If it’s in the budget to staff more? I would do so. Numbers can’t be the only focus here. Because customers are leaving unhappy

Our trip from NYC to Washington DC led us to Wendy's, but it wasn't what we expected. The service was super slow, and it felt like the staff weren't enjoying their work. Waiting for a sandwich took about 30 minutes, and when we finally got it, the food wasn't as good as we hoped, especially compared to other Wendy's we've been to. It was a surprise disappointment for us during our visit to DC.

This place is a dice roll. 50% of the time my order is messed up. The employees here always look like they hate their jobs, strange because everyone else at Union station is pretty happy. When you order they repeat it back like a question.Me: "I'll have a number 1 and medium fry."Wendy's: "Your having a number 1 AND a medium fry?"Me: "Yes?"The raised eye brow of the cashier really sends it, causes me to question my life choices... Did I want nuggets? A Baconator? Does my wife still love me?

Don't come here trying to find a job they will lie to you have you do 3 applications because the workers bitter and will lose your application Im calling and reminding them for service to work I get unprofessional run arounds apply to work wayyy before the holidays just so they say corporate office said no after I was told to call back on Tuesday I better get this job before I seen the ppl came afterwards for a interview and they get a job I will protest and get this place shutdown for profiling me and stress
