Sometimes this location is a hit or miss.They seem pretty busy, and the Front of house almost always seems overwhelmed. A lot of the people working on the line? Are multitasking from fryers to the line and the cashiers aren’t able to handle ordering at 3rd party orders. The management team here is great! Our trip from NYC to Washington DC led us to Wendy's, but it wasn't what we expected. The service was super slow, and it felt like the staff weren't enjoying their work. Waiting for a sandwich took about 30 minutes, and when we finally got it, the food wasn't as good as we hoped, especially compared to other Wendy's we've been to. It was a surprise disappointment for us during our visit to DC.

Was truly surprised when I found out that Wendy’s uses fresh eggs for their morning biscuits and not frozen egg patties! Extra work for the employee(s) preparing them—-though, well worth it, because, the freshness of the egg can be tasted—job well done) Love their breakfast biscuits , and their fresh prepared beef patties for their burgers! Customer Service has improved at this location, and this location is very convenient!
