Windows Cafe & Market

I love Windows Cafe but unfortunately it's closing down soon and I am so so sad to see it go. This place is the best market in Bloomingdale. If you live in Bloomingdale you know we don't have a grocery store or a pharmacy. This place carries it all, there's an excellent stock of food here. Window's Cafe today is a cafe built in one grocery store. Friendly management but harsh on the restrictions by the landlord perhaps. They used to sell large amounts of produce. Today they are rebuilding back into the community the time they have left to work with on their property and they have environmental challenges too which seems to be just around the corner just about anywhere. Th convenience of this location is the best part about it. I needed to grab a sandwich and a snack on my way somewhere and it happened to be right by my friend's place. The breakfast bagel sandwich looked nice but it wasn't great and had a strange flavor to it (cooked on a hot plate in the back) and took a while to be made but it filled me up satisfactorily.
