My partner and I were rudely ushered out well before the posted closing time. Before this, when we walked up to order, the &pizza team member redirected us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order in real time. I personally prefer choosing my ingredients as I see them, so this felt out of customer service standards practice, especially given that there was only one other patron in the store and two team members working.
Once our food was ready at 8:33 pm, we were told the store was closing in five minutes. This was confusing, as the website lists the closing time as 9:00 pm. As the team members actively packed up, we asked again to confirm the time, and she gestured they were closing in five minutes. It appeared the crew was closing earlier than scheduled.
If this is not the case, updating the operating hours on the website would be very helpful. Suffice it to say, we will not be returning.

I had to cancel my online order in the store because they had internet issues and I could not wait. I never received a refund or a cancellation email.

I'd love to review the food but the order got cancelled and was never delivered and now there's no actual way for me to figure out what's up with the refund status. Looked great on paper tho.

If they’re not accepting any orders, they should just close the door. I was standing there trying to place an order, and they told me, ‘Sorry, we’re going to closed and not taking orders!

This place was absolutely it. Was busy running an errand in town and wanted a quick lunch before headed back to the Shenandoah. It's similar to MOD pizza, but a bit more authentic. The pie came out crisp and bear perfect.

Shoutout to Chante' for being the only person assisting everyone with their orders. Management should look into either giving her a pay raise or something; and she handled everything with a smile on her face. Great customer service.

Showed up at 8:36 PM to purchase a pizza and told I couldn’t order bananas the cash drawer was gone even the the store closes at 9 PM!!! Irritating when employees get to pick and choose what they want to do with the OPERATING HOURS! Sad day at my FAVORITE PIZZA JOINT!

Our group tried 4 different pizza during our 3-day stay (we went for dinner twice), and all of the pizzas were excellent. The indoor seating is cramped, but we had beautiful weather both nights and enjoyed the outdoor tables.

Let me start by saying I LOVE &PIZZA, not so much at this location... the staff here is lazy and does not want to prepare fresh pizza... I've gone to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks and walked out empty handed. Three weeks ago I noticed the dough was already cooked prior to the toppings being added, which made the end result dry and hard to chew. It was not the pizza I've become accustomed to eating. For the next 2 weeks I tried to patronize this location yet again and was told that up until 5pm they serve prebaked dough as it's easier for them to prepare but it's not the quality pizza they normally offer and is not edible at all. Refrain from going to this location if you know how &PIZZA is supposed to taste
