Yosaku Sushi is a hidden gem! I recently had the chicken katsu, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly crispy and flavorful. But what truly sets Yosaku apart is the exceptional kindness of the staff. They made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful dining experience. A lovely experience! Given it was my first time, I kept it simple and ordered a salmon avocado roll, a tuna avocado roll, and an eel avocado roll. It was all delicious, with generous portions of fish and avocado.

My husband and I love this gem of a restaurant. It really is a gem among so many inauthentic restaurants that function by mass production. Beyond the delicious food, I appreciate the attention to detail - the ceramic coasters, the smooth jazz, the manager who wears a suit every night. It feels homey. We love it!
