“I’m only in the area every few months for work but I genuinely think about the food here multiple times a week. I’ve told everybody I know about these bagels, the French toast bagel… is literally the greatest thing I’ve ever eaten. Worth the possible heart attack highkey, and if you get it as a salmon lux sandwich it is to die for. It sounds so gross but a salmon lux on french toast bagel… you have to try it.
The girl that works there in the after noons, I always forget to get her name but I’ve seen her a few times now and she’s so sweet and helpful. Shout out to her extra since she’s the one that suggested the salmon french toast bagel (with powdered sugar) and she was absolutely right. They also have this orange cranberry muffin.. yall im drooling as I type this review like please go and eat there it’s just the most wonderful place around.“

“The place is inside the State Of Delaware Carvel Building. In a corner on the second floor, you can see it from far once you enter through the building doors. You have to go through super quick security check.
My cold brew was great and Bruno really followed my indications with the amount of flavor and milk. Excellent place and attention!“

“Just as an FYI, for the 2021-2022 academic year this Einstein Bros. only accepts orders by students, faculty, and staff of UDel. You can only make those orders through the grubhub app.It's an Einstein Bros, so it's about the quality you'd expect. They're housed within the first floor of the ISE building. The staff are super friendly and hard-working but when there's a rush before and after classes, you may have to wait upwards of 20 minutes. However, if you order through grubhub you can set it for pickup when you get out of class. Very convenient!“
