“I ordered 11 of the mango and strawberry cake boxes. Everyone loved them. They were light and excellent. The mango cake boxes tasted just like mangoes and the fruits were very fresh and sweet. I gave little notice and they were able to accommodate. The person I spoke to on the phone and saw in person was helpful and friendly. The store itself was very nice and I would like to try eating on location sometime. Would definitely recommend! We will be ordering again!“

“While I like most of Stoltzfus’s items, I’ve been disappointed in their chicken salad. It used to be a staple in our home but seems like they’ve changed the recipe. It’s now so runny with mayo (or whatever they use) that it plops right off our sandwiches. They’ve also seem to cut back on the celery which added a nice contrasting crunch. Please bring back the old recipe.“

The head baker/owner Evangelina can handle any dietary constraints. One of our recent cakes had to be gluten free and also avoid a few other common ingredients, and the cake was still very fluffy and moist and delicious... a big hit among all of our guests! She uses organic and high quality ingredients as well, which no other bakery in town does that I know of.“
