I thought the food was average diner food so I give Bear diner 3/5 stars for that but the staff was so friendly and helpful which I upgrade the overall to 4/5 stars for that. I ordered take out and had to wait only a couple minutes but in that time the cashier came over to let me know the food was being prepared and 2 of the wait staff came over to check on me and say hello to make sure I wasn't waiting to be seated. Their breakfast food is a hit! We always get the waffles, bacon and some sausage gravy. That waffle is seriously so good. The lunch and dinner food is a bit less appetizing. As a breakfast place though, it's cheap and delicious
