I called in and ordered chicken lo mein , the lady answering never gave me a pick up time or price just said ok and hung up. . Picked up the order 15 mins later . The egg roll was awesome but the chicken was slimy and un eatable . I called to ask for a refund and the lady on the phone got rude. I returned the un eaten food except for the good egg roll . She refunded me my money but she wasn’t happy. Check your chicken before leaving for undercooked chicken

No fortune cookies.
I’ve ordered from here 5-8 times but only because it is the closest store, else i’d order somewhere else.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! IF I COULD PUT NO STARS, I WOULD. GOT THERE AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE AND THEY DECIDED TO TURN US AROUND BECAUSE IT WAS SNOWING OUTSIDE. WALKED IN READY TO MAKE A BIG ORDER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE CLOSED WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLEARLY UNLOCKED AND ALL LIGHTS WERE ON. THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAID THEY DON’T CLOSE UNTIL 9pm AND WE WALKED IN AT 8pm. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This was my first time ordering from them and I will continue to do so. Their prices are reasonable, the food is fresh and the place is clean. This restaurant is out of my way and completely opposite to where I live but it’s worth the drive. I haven’t enjoyed hot and sour soup like that in years and the chicken with mushrooms was delicious. There was a lot of huge, tender pieces of chicken, the vegetables were cooked perfectly. My husband really enjoyed his chicken with broccoli as well.
