“This was the nicest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The customer service was very friendly and the drive-thru moved pretty fast but my order was correct and honestly, the food and tea were really good. Again, I've never had customer service so friendly and helpful in my ordering process. The lobby is currently closed so it's only drive-thru only but it moves pretty fast.“

“For there to be only one person working the cashier was very fast and friendly. After taking payment she washed her hands, put on gloves, and still used tongs to handle the food. “My local Dunkin’ on Ogletown-Stanton Road has gotten kind of chintzy with the toppings. Maybe because what I used to get was a LOT better but I’m not sure $4.49 is a reasonable amount for what you are getting now.“

“It's a dunkin with a small town feel. Stop there sporadically before work but always a familiar face working. Owners are great with customer service and had an order come out wrong but immediately fixed and given the extra coffee. Doughnuts and bagels are what's expected and no complaints there

Parking: It's in a shopping center so all available types of parking. Generally there early morning so not much traffic.“

“This Dunkin is potentially the only Dunkin on the Globe that gets your order correct the vast majority of the time and when they don't they will correct the error. Most Dunkins you order something a specific way, say Iced Chai Latte with almond milk and extra pumps of chia, and they will ignore it and give you dairy and charge you but not actually give you more syrup. THIS dunkin though actually reads their orders and delivers on them and they are so friendly too. They brought me back to dunkin after several years of exclusive Starbucks drinking BECAUSE they actually care to get the orders right.“
