We arrived after 9:30PM Friday night.We were third in line. The order line moved very well and efficiently. It took 15 to 20 minutes for orders to be filled. They were very busy and sometimes had 8 orders ready for pickup but customers weren't there for pickup.Very good chicken, because it's fresh.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground-floor access with tables along the wall. A chair can easily be replaced with a wheelchair and it will be out of the aisle.

The food I received was good, but there was a mistake made on my order. I still ate the food. Things can happen, but what received was good and edible, so no real complaints other than one of chicken wing selections wasn't what I asked for. I will definitely come back to get more wings.

I visited about a week or so ago & the service was good along with the food. When I visited this time I was not feeling the service at all but the food was still good. I am not sure if the one guy was the manager but when he came out all of a sudden things started to get done.
