Not sure where the 4 star rating is coming from, but the Karen's on the porch might be a tell tale sign. The waitstaff handled it in stride.Came in mid afternoon on a Saturday out of season. Used to DC prices so it was less then what we normally pay for three with drinks, an appetizer, and entrees.The food was good, what you would expect from a seaside restaurant. Place is cute and has good ambiance for families. Food is average at best. Drinks are ok as they have fun and festive glasses you can get like ceramic parrots and coconuts cups that you can take home. We have been going here on and off for many years and it is a typical beachside family restaurant. You won't get fresh but you will have fun.

I don't understand the bad rating. This place is right above the boardwalk with a view overlooking the ocean. I don't usually find a lunch place serving swordfish and I am very happy they do. It's the most tender one I have ever tasted! I love how it's not salty like most other restaurants are. Highly recommend
