This Rita’s location is the best!! We have a child with severe food allergies and the people that work there have always been super accommodating. We’ve been served several times by Carter this summer and his customer service is fantastic. Great place and staff!!!

I was immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in. Carter was very nice and knowledgeable on items. My elderly grandmother is not the easiest customer and he handled it perfectly and with the upmost respect! Highly recommend for ice cream in Bethany!

Had the pleasure of stopping by Rita's Italian Ice in Bethany Beach for ice and ice cream sandwiches for the whole Property Tenders team! Carter greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in and handled multiple customers effortlessly while still giving us great service. He even shared a tip for enjoying the chocolate chip ice cream sandwich that made it even better! Thanks from the Property Tenders team for the awesome customer service and sweet treat. 🍧🍦
