“Texas Roadhouse has always been one of my favorite restaurants…and my dining experience today cemented that even more. Matt was our server and he was EVERYTHING my family needed and more! We were waiting for 2 other guests to arrive and he was so patient! He was so great with my toddler! He was on the ball with everything we needed! Our food was cooked perfectly! My 1.5 year old got to meet Andy Armadillo and got small toys to play with! Thank you for accommodating my family so well…Definitely requesting Matt next time!!!“

“It's rare that I go to a restaurant like this but the server that we had just for a quick snack type lunch was excellent. I love the decor of the restaurant and we just had really some small plates to share and they were very good. I go to a Cheddar's maybe once every 5 years or so but I would go a whole lot more if maybe they put some more cheddar things on their menu like soup or other cheddar related items“

“Now that I've spent a year in Dover, I now understand why this institution keeps bringing in good business.
The bartenders are some of the nicest people I've had the good fortune of meeting.
Their food selections are wonderful - their football Sunday specials were everything I wanted in a Sunday Sunday.
I havnt been there when its been insanely busy, but the servers, bartenders and kitchen work well together to ensure everything comes to you in a timely manner.

“I have lived in Delaware for 78 years and never heard of this place. We went to Virginia restaurant on eastern shore for great seafood. They closed their doors during the pandemic. Our friends have been looking on line for local restaurants that serve seafood we like. Checked your restaurant out the first part of August. Food is delicious. Our compliments to the chef. “Tried this place on a whim today on Google because I was looking for healthy food options. This Thai place came up and I looked at the menu and food options and it reminded me of a Thai restaurant I used to love in TX. I ordered off the yellow curry off lunch menu & it did not disappoint. It was very tasty! With the lunch menu you get a chicken soup as an appetizer. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the chicken soup. I also ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer and that wasn't my taste either, but it wasn't horrible. I wouldn't get it again though. My entrée was the yellow curry w/ shrimp and no complaints at all about my entrée. I would go back there and try another food option for sure. The staff was very polite and the food came out in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.“

“Used to go to Hall's regularly until they lost it. Recently tried Mike and Mels and were pleasantly surprised. Split pea soup is the real deal, chunks of ham and delicious flavor. So is the chicken noodle soup. Chunks of chicken, a hearty broth and great flavor. Liver and onions is done just right and tender. Have tried several burgers and they do a nice job on them. Good breakfast, but I am not a fan of their home fries. Reasonable prices and good service.“

I had an outstanding experience at IHOP, and a big reason for that was my server, Leo. From the moment I was seated, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer, which immediately set the tone for a great meal.

I ordered a chocolate milk and the BBQ Pulled Pork Omelette, and everything was fantastic. Leo made sure my drink arrived quickly and kept an eye on my table throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. The chocolate milk was cold, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for.

The BBQ Pulled Pork Omelette was absolutely delicious. It was packed with flavorful pulled pork, cooked perfectly, and had a great balance of smoky barbecue flavor throughout. The omelette was hot, fresh, and presented nicely when it arrived. Leo checked in at the perfect times to make sure everything was cooked correctly and that I was enjoying my meal.

What stood out most was Leo’s professionalism and positive attitude. He was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to details, and always had a smile on his face. It’s clear that he takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Great food combined with exceptional service made this one of the best IHOP visits I’ve had.

“I had dinner friday for my birthday. The food here is amazing. My opinion best restaurant in dover. My waiter Kenny was great very nice and attentive to our table. This my 2nd time eating here both times were great. Everything on menu was really good. This is a place you have to try. I’m no steak connoisseur but the steak I had was the most tender and flavorful that I’ve ever had. The broccoli perfectly done and baked potato was actually baked not microwaved. Don’t let the outside of the restaurant fool you because it’s huge inside. The only bad thing was the very intense noise. It sounded like the restaurant was packed with a party but it was about 1/3 full. Maybe it was just the rambunctious groups but I couldn’t hear my companion talking and he was just across the table AND we were in a 4 foot tall booth.“
