This is the third time I've come to this Dunkin around 7:20pm and I constantly get berated for wanting a simple iced latte, or a frozen coffee- as someone who used to work at Dunkin I get having to prep what you're gonna clean but to constantly tell me all your stuff is clean at 7:20pm, a whole 40 minutes before close is insanity! I get if it was like 7:40-7:45pm but come on!

The staff is rude, and I found HAIR IN MY SANDWHICH!!!! One of the employees, a Black woman, had a very nasty attitude mean spirited called me all types of names and I'm black. Dont GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

True Story !!!! Please read this! I went this dunkin they gave me a wrong drink . I went again and asked the right drink. They asked me back the original drink they gave me . I returned and told them that I already siped it. I immediately called my friend to go inside the store to ask the wrong drink . The sipped drink was given to my friend. I am working with Dunkin corporate with Video footage and have the manager jailed.

Lovely staff! Nothing to complain about. For the rest it's a fairly classic Dunkin but it must be mentioned that the staff is on top from opening to closing. I take my hat off to them because the conditions should not be obvious every day!
