We got married on 10/24/25 at The Waterfall and when i tell you how amazing this venue and their staff is, it would be an understatement. They went above and beyond for us and our guests from the time we showed up until we left after midnight. They even went to the extent of marking glasses that had alcohol in them so there wouldn’t be any accidents with our sober guests. I would choose this venue over and over again!
Great ambience. The appetizers were phenomenal. The main course took a long time and was bland. Bartenders and servers were great.
The staff was very neat and friendly. The banquet hall was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The ambiance and atmosphere was very clean, warm, and inviting with the waterfalls and outdoor fire pits! Also the food was prepared deliciously. I would recommend The Waterfalls Banquet and Conference Center for any of your upcoming events. Thank you.

Event coordinators, such as Natalie, are meticulous and provide excellent recommendations to help create an unforgettable experience. The wait staff and chefs are second to none, ensuring a high level of service. Although some guests experienced issues like traffic jams at valet parking and food served cold, these seem to be occasional problems. Overall, The Waterfall is a wonderful place for events, combining beauty, privacy, and delicious food.
