Dude, this place. Every time I go McDonald's - this location and others - it's been a nightmare. Service is nonexistent, missing items, no one cares about helping customers. My order was missing fries and there were no napkins. I had to say excuse me multiple times before anyone responded and a minute later someone else had to do the same thing to get help with a messed up order. The bar must be set really low for staff and employees. It's a shame.

I'm not why I set myself up for failure atleast once a month. This morning the young lady on drive thru taking orders was very rude and rushed my order. Then when I get to the window I was met with attitude. The second window another young lady refused to talk to me and when I asked for ice she rolled her eyes and slammed my cup around. She filled the cup maybe a fourth of the way. I would've paid if it was going to make her so upset. I get better service in north Philly on a Friday night. They all act miserable. I hate being THAT customer but I will never come here again. The last time I came the workers were talking about how the manager needs to be fired and how another girl should walk out. It's just a mess

This is the worse Mcdonalds establishment on the planet! Line is almost always long, from the order window to the pick up window they somehow always mess the order up, and then after they mess your order up and you've been in line for 10 mins, they have to nerve to tell you to come inside or pull around again. Revolving door of workers and the ones that stay have the nastiest attitude. Save your money, go across the street or to Chic fi la. This will be my last complaint, as I will not be returning to this Mcdonalds location.
Unhygienic and they don’t take their work seriously. Food safety standards are hardly followed here. A filthy place to eat. Avoid it at all cost.

Got to go for a nice at home dinner, was surprised to see my Big Mac came with no top patty, no straws for drinks, no sauces, and missing an order of nuggets. When I tried calling about the issue, they didn’t answer with a voicemail that was full! Called again, they answered but you couldn’t only hear a loud ringing noise, after 12 seconds they hung up. Unbelievable.

The people are not considerate, don’t answer questions. Also they are false advertising and not giving food ordered. Apple pies were ordered, apple pie boxes were given, but that’s not what was in the box! They put the confetti pies in the Apple boxes and passed it off. Has happened twice now.

I ordered a hamburger and a milkshake,this ignorant little girl brings back a watery milkshake and the sad part about it, she tried to set it down and walk away,well when she peak back,she noticed I sat it back down and was walking away and I can hear her say, what's wrong,I ignored her and kept walking,I didn't have time to argue,but I know she wouldn't have served it to her family members.
