I ordered 3 hoagies, 2 came correctly made and one was made incorrectly as a small rather than a primo size. When I called to get refunded the difference they demanded I bring the sandwich BACK to the shop, and couldn’t even refund me just the difference in prices between the cost of a small and promo size. All they offered was a coupon. I hope they wouldn’t take the sandwich back and re-serve it but it seems like that was their plan. It’s a shame, I usually like Primo’s but this location is brutal

I don’t know if I was being racially profiled or what but to just stare at a customer and not speak is very rude. A customer shouldn’t have to greet the employee when walking in an establishment. The door was already propped open so as I walked in the male just stared until I said hello. I’m a loyal customer and I ordered over the phone. My order was already at the counter so the employee wasn’t occupied. The female who took my order was very pleasant. But I was uncomfortable in the store, not sure what all the awkwardness was about. I won’t return to this location.

Walked in this evening 2 males working didn’t bother to say hello. No biggie i proceeded to order and paid. Then bearded guy gets bread to make sandwich and sneezes with bread in hand over the food area. I immediately said i didn’t not want him to make my food and asked the guy with glasses to make it. He said “i don’t make food” i then asked for refund which bearded guy gave while saying “i sneezed in my elbow” well sir do you know how far sneeze particles travel? You had the bread in your hand when you sneezed and was over the toppings area. No thanks. I can’t imagine what’s done when no one’s around. I have patronized this place several times without issue until today.

I specifically asked for a non seeded roll. I get home 9 m8les later and the hoagies has a seeded roll. Primos at Phila Pike has stale seeded rolls. Yes I did call the restaurant and will notify corporate as well. I'm totally insulted and disappointed as I used to love the menu.

If I could give this a zero, I would, I was given completely wrong order and not realizing till I already got back to work there was no way I was getting back in my car to drive back over the wrong sandwich. The manager that I spoke with told me over and over again that he put a note in for next time and I could come in and get the proper sandwich The next time well I called to order and was told that there’s no such note in there and it’s not about the $12 sandwich it was the principal and the inconvenience of how I got a completely wrong sandwich but no big deal. There’s 1000 places to get hoagies Customer service. There is a long way and unfortunately there’s was no good.

I recently ordered a sandwich tray from Primo’s Hoagies for my groomsmen on the morning of my wedding, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the food and the service! The sandwiches were absolutely incredible—fresh, delicious, and made with the perfect balance of quality ingredients. What made the experience even better was the fantastic service. I spoke directly with the owner, Justin, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and personal touch really made a difference. The food was a huge hit with everyone, and I’m so grateful for Primo’s Hoagies for helping make our special day even better. Highly recommend!

If the website says “ANY 2 Primo Sized Hoagies for $22” and then I call and it doesn’t apply to every hoagie … that’s called a lie. Prices are already ridiculous without the bait and switch. Do better.
