When you want a hoagie you want a big sandwich with at least 1/2lb of meat. So this is what I got for $10. Literally 3 pc of meat on a hard roll. This is their small on Philadelphia Pike. When I go to the South Philly location on Ritner St I can barely close the hoagie roll. Then the server gets annoyed because I asked did he change his gloves because he had gloves on when taking my cash. I gave the food a 2 only because the flavors are there but the quantity wasn’t.

So.... The wife wanted me to try this place, she said the Turkey Hoagie was delicious & they had a 'Bobie' type Hoagie....
She ordered a Turkey Hoagie w/ Mayo & Pickles w/ Mayo & pickles on the side and I ordered the Primo Pilgrim w/ lettuce - special instructions to warm in oven.
Her Hoagie came with onions & looks like the they put lettuce on it and tried to remove the lettuce but left the onions.
Mayo on the side but no pickles.
Mine had Tomatoes & lettuce-Didn't order Tomatoes AND its cold.....
The so called 'stuffing' is not.. its mushy croutons (not cut up toast - Croutons-)
BTW they Required a name for each Hoagie order but didn't mark either Hoagie.
Wife recommended the coleslaw but I declined... upon arrival to pickup the hoagie, I thought about it... and asked the guy at the counter if I could get a taste of the coleslaw, just a spoon full...
He talked to another guy about it and came back to say it would be $1.00..... 🤯 a dollar to taste it... how much is it, $20 a pint???
The wife says the Primo in Paoli is better & consistent. She eats there on a regular bases. Customer service at this location is unacceptable. You don't deliver what is expected. For the price I could go to Claymont steak shop and get my meal correct. For customers not all Primos are the same. Skip this location and go to any other shop in the area. Primo Claymont is sloppy and unprofessional.

Although the surrounding area is residential, it can be challenging on find which side to park.
The sandwiches are good. The chips and cookies are pricey based on the size. But overall, I was satisfied.

One piece of roast beef, one piece of turkey and one piece of cheese. That is all that made up my Audiablo hoagie.

I ordered 3 hoagies, 2 came correctly made and one was made incorrectly as a small rather than a primo size. When I called to get refunded the difference they demanded I bring the sandwich BACK to the shop, and couldn’t even refund me just the difference in prices between the cost of a small and promo size. All they offered was a coupon. I hope they wouldn’t take the sandwich back and re-serve it but it seems like that was their plan. It’s a shame, I usually like Primo’s but this location is brutal

I don’t know if I was being racially profiled or what but to just stare at a customer and not speak is very rude. A customer shouldn’t have to greet the employee when walking in an establishment. The door was already propped open so as I walked in the male just stared until I said hello. I’m a loyal customer and I ordered over the phone. My order was already at the counter so the employee wasn’t occupied. The female who took my order was very pleasant. But I was uncomfortable in the store, not sure what all the awkwardness was about. I won’t return to this location.
