had chipotle for dinner did a moblie order. I get home no bean in my burrito bowl and no lettuce on my tacos. meanwhile my phone# is posted on the receipt. but no one called to tell me they were out of bean. So disappointing! Im done !!!
The food quality met my expectations but the service and cleanliness was below average. I placed a to go order and arrived 10 minutes after pick up time and had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my food. This is the 2nd time this has happened but my wait this time was longer. While waiting I noticed the trash can by the register was overflowing. There was trash/dropped food under the counter by the register and under the stations where they were preparing the to go orders....read full review
Food is good but customer service is horrible always a attitude.
