“Everything about Painted Staves is 5 star. Sunday was the release of their latest Pots Still (aged in wine casks) and it did not disappoint. Mike’s lecture was TedTalk worthy. BTW the beef tacos and crab quesadillas are a perfect combination while visiting.“
“Saw this cute new resturant in Dover. Tried it out for lunch. The service was excellent. Appetizers were delicious. The best was the Brussel sprouts. Great balance of flavor and crunch. The bacon added a hint of smoky flavor. The grilled cheese was just ok. The sautéed mushrooms overpowered any type of gouda flavor and the bread was barely toasted. My husband enjoyed the Nashville hot honey chicken wrap. They had a decent selection of wine. The HESS cabernet was the best cab I have ever had. It is a bit dryer than other cabernets.The cookies were so good. Our server offered to warm them up which was the best. Made them chewy and gooey. We will definitely come back here again to try out more of the menu.“
