“I come to this Dunkin at least 2 times a day to worker near it . I have one worker I know when I order it will be made perfect . Alyssa I think is her name . She gps to college at del tech is always smiling and greets me nicely. I must say not all the employees do which is sad but she makes up for it along with like 2 others that work there .
Sometimes my drinks are not made like how I how I mobile ordered them. Which sometimes is aggravating because I’m paying for it. Yet go the most part I choose this Dunkin over the others .“

“This is the best dunkin in Dover!!! The staff is beyond amazing. I go here every single day before work and they have my order memorized and make it perfect even with all my crazy requests!! And the manager is so sweet, and a funny lady. Keep up the good work guys!!!“

“Great service. Very quick. They are always very nice to me. Sometimes however the sweet tea isn’t very sweet. Seems to be missing the liquid cane sugar or they just put in the regular sugar instead (which does not dissolve well in a cold drink) so they really just need to remember the liquid cane sugar. Food seems to taste great. Only issue is the chocolate frosted donuts always seem to be melted into the wrapper when I get them.“

“Workers in drive thru can use some better customer service training. Also when the app messes up they never know what to do...in my experience and opinion, the customer is always right and if they have a coupon thats valid it should be honored.“
