Service was horrible. Paying the bill was a nightmare. Our group was easily stuck for over an hour after we were done eating just to try to pay the bill. The wait staff was seriously lacking in training and the manager seemed to have policies established that set up the staff for failure. Customer service needs a reset at Macau Kitchen.
I really enjoyed my time here at Macau Kitchen located inside Ballys Casino ! You can make reservations on open table. The service was great and quick the food was fresh. And the ube cheesecake was delicious.
The overall experience was mixed. Some of the food was okay, but the Mongolian beef was disappointing. The biggest issue was the wait time—it took about an hour for our food to come out, which felt excessive. With better timing and improvements to the food, this could have been a much more enjoyable experience.
