Chicken was battered and fried before adding to the dish- looks like all white meat, tender and flavorful. Comes with white rice. Large is sufficient for two for one meal, if this is only dish. Easy to order. Easy pickup. I’ll be back!“

“This is our go to Chinese restaurant for takeout, it is not set up for inside dining, but in our opinion, they make the best food in the area. Everything was hot, fresh, cooked perfectly, and packed carefully. We cannot wait until next time.“

“Panda Garden is great for quick takeout. I ordered a pork egg roll, crab rangoon (no sauce), and a small pork fried rice. The total was $16, and the portions were large enough to last me two meals. The food was made to order and came out hot — the crab rangoon was the standout, perfectly crispy and packed with filling. I drove about 15 minutes home and everything was still hot when I unpacked it. There’s no dine‑in seating, but if you’re looking for fast, fresh takeout, this place delivers.“

“Since I moved here from Texas, this is by far the best tasting Chinese food in Dover. Hands down, no debate. The fried wings, spicy vegetable fried rice, and vegetable egg rolls are always fresh and hot. Try their mumbo sauce over your wings and rice! Amazing 🤩!! “Good food/flavors, prices are decent. Small location, appears clean when I visit and service was good. No issues, however, only been twice, both right before closing, so not comfortable enough to give 5stars or more thorough review. Don't know what it is about the duck sauce, but extra extra doesn't apply compared to amount of other sauces I get w/o asking extra. That's almost everywhere though, so just make sure you get enough if it's needed.
