“The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ocean City.“

“Totally enjoyed our delicious dinner & drinks with beautiful water views. Lavender lemon drop martini, grilled oysters, grilled salmon on beet outer & warm beignets with caramel sauce for dessert. Our waitress, Peyton, was very friendly offering wonderful recommendations all with a sweet smile. Cozy coastal atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back!!“

“My experience at Sello’s from start to finish was top notch! The ambiance is very inviting with soft lighting & a classy interior design. I dined at the bar where Flip and Megan made our whole experience very enjoyable with their warm and attentive service. They recommended the wood-fired pizza, the Vespa, and a classic glass of Italian red wine. Simply delicious! My brother had the Linguine Fra Diavlo with succulent lobster tail and shrimp. It was outstanding. We finished out the evening with a velvety Tiramisu, and the Bianca Espresso Martini. Julian, the manager, stopped over to chat with us and made us feel like family.“

Big, clean, and bright. Can get a little noisy, depending on when you go. Vibe is kinda farm-like.
Went for 1st time on a weekday for lunch. Not very crowded at all.
Excited to try beer and food.
Service was initially meh...server brought us past all empty tables and booths to far back corner next to bathrooms/kitchen door?
She then seemed annoyed when we asked to have a different table.
New table, new server who was very upbeat and friendly.
Everything was great. Food was outstanding! Beer flight good to very good. They mixed up the beers I asked for, but made it right.
Definitely looking forward to returning! Heard desserts are amazing, too!“

“Went for lunch on a Friday and was able to walk in and have a table. Food came out fast and hot, no complaints for the food. Server didnt come back to check on us though… Fries were definitely noteworthy and the lobster roll was great.“

“Craft cocktails and small bites were exactly what we needed tonight. Food and service were on point. We honestly walked in not realizing this was a place you should probably make reservations. We are Sussex locals and have been wanting to try this place out for a while. We were accommodated and everything was perfect. Food and drinks were phenomenal. We will be back soon!“

“I was coming off the beach and wasn’t feeling well a young lady on vacation with her family stopped to help me. We got to the steps of Lennys and asked them to get me some water. The sweetest waitress helped me to the bathroom and offered to wait for me. Your guest waited at the foot of the steps and watched my belongings. I didn’t catch either of their names and other staff could have been involved I was pretty dizzy and not feeling well at all. I just want you to know how awesome your staff is and will always be thankful. I live in NC and visit my mother here every summer and will continue to visit Lennys yearly. This happened today Aug 23, 2022 3-4 pm. Thank you again to the sweetest, kindest waitress!“

“So good! Every time! Tonight was no different! We always attempt making the HH, because it is amazing! Tonight, we were late. That sunset was sooooo pretty though. Tiffany was an amazing waitress, making recommendations without care! And I took them … and am happy to say that Feta cheese dip is to die for…that tomato and basil is everything wrapped in that feta. So good! And then, that rockfish…WOW! So delicious, and a little spicy on the back end. I like it like that though so, it’s a match for me! Seriously, you’re going to want to experience the vibe and the dishes. A total beach win and one of our OC favorites!!“
