“The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ocean City.“

“Excellent food. Great kids menu. Fantastic crab cakes and mahi mahi. The location if you’re staying at Quality Inn Boardwalk couldn’t be better. Gorgeous decor and wonderful outdoor boardwalk dining area. The only issue was the extremely loud music inside. It will give you a headache and keep you from hearing your dining companions if you’re inside. Please turn it down.“

“Totally enjoyed our delicious dinner & drinks with beautiful water views. Lavender lemon drop martini, grilled oysters, grilled salmon on beet outer & warm beignets with caramel sauce for dessert. “My experience at Sello’s from start to finish was top notch! The ambiance is very inviting with soft lighting & a classy interior design. I dined at the bar where Flip and Megan made our whole experience very enjoyable with their warm and attentive service. They recommended the wood-fired pizza, the Vespa, and a classic glass of Italian red wine. Simply delicious! My brother had the Linguine Fra Diavlo with succulent lobster tail and shrimp. It was outstanding. We finished out the evening with a velvety Tiramisu, and the Bianca Espresso Martini. Julian, the manager, stopped over to chat with us and made us feel like family.“

“We came here two days in a row because it was such a great spot. It happened to be gorgeous both days so we sat out in the back patio, which was so pleasant! No wait on either day but both times it was a bit of an early dinner, think 5:00 pm. I can't vouch for lunch time or normal dinner time. The inside was fairly full and a bit noisy but the patios were open and quiet. The decor is new and clean and fun, the landscaping is great, the parking lot is huge, facilities were clean, the staff are so nice and service was great. Wait time for food was totally fine, drinks and water flowed in the interim. The food was great! Really tender burgers, loaded nachos, a massive and delicious birria burrito, expertly cooked fish, good clean rib-sticking food, not over-seasoned or fancified, and well-priced; I don't have a single complaint. We don't live in town but we'll be back every single time we visit the beach.“

“This place is a hidden gem, a little hard to find, but once we were here we enjoyed sitting outside on the sandbar, live music, and a beautiful view of the bay. The service and food was amazing. We tried the shrimp quesadilla, fish tacos, crab cake tacos, crab dip fries, and a noodle bowl with shrimp. Everything was so delicious!!! Ignore old reviews, that was not our experience at all! Give this place a try!“

“I was coming off the beach and wasn’t feeling well a young lady on vacation with her family stopped to help me. We got to the steps of Lennys and asked them to get me some water. The sweetest waitress helped me to the bathroom and offered to wait for me. Your guest waited at the foot of the steps and watched my belongings. I didn’t catch either of their names and other staff could have been involved I was pretty dizzy and not feeling well at all. I just want you to know how awesome your staff is and will always be thankful. I live in NC and visit my mother here every summer and will continue to visit Lennys yearly.
