I have not been to Fat Daddy's BUT have had their food at Georgetown Speedway. The brisket was excellent. Large portion. I would always get a double portion of baked beans.I used to attend a church that put on a ham and bean supper. We made the beans from scratch. Hence I am an authority on beans. Sadly last year Fat Daddy's was not at Georgetown Speedway. The replacement was no where close at good as Far Daddy's. Really good ribs, tasty sides, and great service. Hopefully I'll be back to sample some more meats but the ribs were recommended and they did not disappoint. I don't see a sampler-type platter for one person but if there was I missed it and would have taken them up on it.

Owners are always present and make sure that you're satisfied with everything fresh cut french fries homemade baked beans, homemade potato salad, barbecue chicken, and the best brisket and ribs ever sweet tea and top it off with Hershey's ice cream. It's a must stop. It's a destination I go out of my way to get there always a wonderful experience.
