“Locals mostly go to this restaurant. As Georgetown Delaware. has a large legal and illegal immigrant population, the locals know good Mexican food.\n\nThe menu is basic, Texas Mexican with some Mexican. Chimichangas are great. \n\nThis is really one of the best restaurants in Georgetown and worth the drive up from Rehoboth is you crave Tex Mex. \n\nService is attentive and excellent. Limited deserts but all yummy. Typical Mexican soft drinks.\n\nAs to some of the comments in the other reviews. This is a store front restaurant across the street from the Courthouse. It is not fancy and when we were there , no one spoke English. Get over it. Great food for its weight class.“

“Visited the area and was not well-versed in the food scenery in the area. Stumbled upon Pizza Place and it ended up being a really great experience. While it is a little jarring walking in and not knowing what to do, you are greeted by friendly staff and able to seat yourself in any booth/table. The service was really the outstanding factor of this place. Super friendly, attentive, and even servers who didn’t serve you come by and check in. Additionally, they are honest and great at giving recommendations. Aside from their amazing service, the food was quite good for a small pizza place. I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza and the portions are huge!“

“Tonight, my husband and I tried a new place—Pizza King—completely on a whim. We had no idea it even existed until we walked out of Walmart, got in the car, and I happened to glance across the shopping center. I saw the sign and said, “Let’s give that place a shot!”
From the outside, it’s easy to miss, but once we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The decor matched the vibe: super relaxed, a little cozy, and clearly a place where people come to unwind. Patrons were chatting with each other across tables—it had that small-town, family-friendly energy that I love.
There was a seat yourself sign up front, though a waitress moved it as we walked in. I wasn’t sure what that meant anymore, so I asked and she let us know that we could sit at any table, just not the booths (totally fine!). She even brought over a high chair for our little one right away, though we quickly found out it was broken—thankfully, there was another nearby that worked.
The menu is surprisingly affordable, especially considering how good the food was. I ordered the Crabby Flatbread—basically a crab dip spread over flatbread with Chesapeake seasoning—for only $10.99. It was so good. I also got a $2.50 side salad, which came in a teeny tiny bowl—so small that there was no way to add dressing without it overflowing. I ended up dumping it into my food basket to make it work. (They meant “side salad” in the most literal way. 😂👌🏼)
The kids’ menu was great too—tons of options, and the first place I’ve seen that actually offers Goldfish crackers as a side. Genius.
Now for the only downside: service was slow. There were only two servers working the entire (pretty packed) restaurant, and it definitely showed. That said, our waitress was sweet, bubbly, and kept a great attitude the whole time. She really made the experience better just by being kind and checking in with us when she could. We had to wait a while for the check and box at the end, and our 16-month-old was definitely done by that point (cue the screeches), but we made it through.
Heads up: you pay at the register, not at your table.
All in all, it was a really chill spot with better food than expected and a kind staff doing their best under pressure. I’d go back—maybe just not when the place is slammed.“

“Best takeout Chinese food we've ever had. Moved to Milton a year ago and had food from China Wok a couple times and it was average. This time we were blown away with the flavor: wonton soup, curry chicken, sesame chicken, egg rolls (must ask for the really good And HOT mustard). Pork fried rice. Literally the best we have ever had. It was like gourmet flavor!!!“

“We came in for breakfast while in the area and loved it!
The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a gentleman, William, that despite being deaf was amazing! Super helpful and kind.
The food was really good and wasn’t a long wait at all.
The one deficiency is their parking lot is small. Not the bend of the world, but it is tight.“
