“I’ve had the best take out, from the Hockessin store! Everybody is so friendly there. The ribs, chicken (all ways), smothered pork chops, collared greens, Mac, corn bread, the list goes on. This food, puts you in a good state of mind. It’s like a hug, you can eat. Get some!“

“I just had an absolutely wonderful meal at a tiny Thai restaurant across from the VA Hospital at 1700 Kirkwood Highway, called Wings and Thai Station. They are open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Tuesday through Friday, and from 12:00 to 9:00 on Saturday and Sunday. They are closed on Monday. They have a small eat in capacity (I would guess 40 seats) but they do take reservations. Mostly they are takeout or catering. For a party of over 70 people they will send their food truck and cook anything on the menu for your guests. They are very inexpensive. I had 8 large crunchy shrimp over a delicious small salad with the most amazing sauce, ($22.) and I brought 3 shrimp home. We had a wonderful appetizer that they made for us, that was 2 rolled cylinders and 2 little dumplings with a sauce that was amazing. Maybe you would enjoy this little jewel.“

My husband and I had a wonderful time, EVERYTHING was amazing, we have been talking about the food all the way back to Virginia! Thank you to the Entire Staff for all your efforts! “First and foremost the service is very good. The workers are very kind and will correctly put your order in to your liking. I often come here with my boyfriend. We both love the fries, he usually gets the burger combo. Every time he gets a burger they do it right he doesn't like anything on his Burger some cheese so they always put in his order correctly. We went there today and the food was absolutely delicious. We always sit and enjoy our food inside the building. Today the mac and cheese was so damn good. Also I always love the rice as well I usually get a number 23 and that's the whiting with rice, very delicious and fresh today. Highly recommend this place and location.“

“The flavor of the honey garlic wings was absolutely amazing. However, the chicken skin was very undercooked and slimy. We broiled them to make the skin crispy and then ate them. For the price I’d expect them to be thoroughly cooked. Over all it was still a decent experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Finally tried this place tonight after living right down the street for over a year. The problem is that now I’m going to want it all the time. I had the drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mao) and my hubby and the chicken red curry. We also split the spring rolls. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. I ordered my noodles spicy level “hot” and they did not disappoint! My hubby is very picky about spring rolls (well, food in general) and said they were the best he’s ever had. We’ll definitely be ordering again soon!“

“I've been requesting they bring in pasta for a long time. They finally did it!! I got Fettuccine Alfredo with a big dinner roll and a side salad for $14.99. 1st off, the weight of the pasta was HEAVY. I couldn't believe how much food I got for $14.99. You can't get this anywhere. I will have leftovers for tomorrow and maybe the next day, And being Italian, I'm always skeptical.. but guess what,this was outstanding. I am so beyond pleased. Good job Barcelona!! And kudos to all the cooks!

“Vietnamese iced coffee and taro milk tea were both delicious. Onigiri, salmon and eel were both enjoyed as well as the takoyaki. Wing ding were crispy with great flavor. The golden buns were soft inside with the crunch of the outside made for a great bite. The gyoza, shiu mai both had the crunch with soft fillings, both with a burst of flavor. Singapore fried rice vermicelli was flavorful and delicious, and a large portion. We enjoyed our lunch very much (including 3 kids). Service was friendly and quick.“

“Management is the issue at this location. Three issues. They don't honor their military discount consistently. I have the receipt to prove that they applied the military discount to the desserts on our bill at the end of April (attached). A month later, they tried to not honor the military discount on the desserts. I had to request multiple times that they honor it to get them to do the right thing in the end with too much effort needed on my part. Bill charges don't match the menu. I noticed that their billing system didn't match their new menu on my end of April visit. I in fact confirmed that I was provided the new menu for the record to be sure that I wasn't looking at an older version of the menu. The server, Nina, was great to help me get it resolved at least for that April visit. I was able to get management to modify the prices of the desserts on our bill for this April visit. The bigger issue though is that they had a full month until our next visit to have their billing system match the new menu prices. You can't make this stuff up! They in fact didn't make the necessary changes in their billing system confirmed via interaction with their staff. Our server confirmed that the billing system wasn't modified to match the menu at least with regards to the desserts that we ordered. Both servers further confirmed that manual changes needed to be made to get our bill to reflect the right charges for our desserts. A very disrespectful assumption was made by management when she stated the following to me ... something like I can't believe people come out to restaurants without the ability to pay their bill. That was in fact the gist of her statement to me as I'm paraphrasing but know what she meant. That was not the case for my scenario and a very disrespectful thing to say to any customer. I happen to have an 830 credit score per one of the credit bureaus for good reason. I'm only indicating this not to brag but to defend my reputation for such an inappropriate statement made to me. I consistently pay my obligations and on time. They made that statement to the wrong customer as they've earned this detailed negative review. I simply told them that I would only pay the amount of the bill that we in fact legitimately owed. She didn't like that in this case. My opinion is that she automatically assumed that my request for them to honor the military discount that they state that they offer and should honor as promised was taken as if I didn't have the money to pay my bill. I also legitimately contested their up charge for the french fries that I was offered as a choice with my Italian sub lunch special item. Their lunch special menu sheet indicates at the bottom, "Extra Charges for Additions". While in fairness to the restaurant, menu item #8 for the sub lunch special indicates with chips and doesn't indicate with chips or fries, they need to do better by making it more clear as I didn't have an addition to my order since I wasn't delivered the chips with this particular meal. I was provided the fries instead of the chips. If they want to charge more for certain substitutions (if they even want to offer substitutions), they then need to make it clear on the lunch special menu what that up charge is in those cases. That's their choice whether to offer substitutions. If they're not going to allow for substitutions, they need to indicate that in writing on their lunch special menu as well. In the end, they did credit my bill for my May visit with a dollar amount acceptable which seemed to include the up charge being waived for my lunch special. The main issue is that it took far too much effort to get them to do the right thing. They have lost my business forever. I did in fact offer to pay the up charge for the sub lunch special item shortly before being provided my updated bill. I did this to give them the benefit of the doubt being a fair minded guy due to their #8 sub menu item only listing chips and not chips or frie“

“I ordered a build your own stromboli with 1 ingredient wrong and was mad at myself for forgetting the ingredient and settled for what I was getting. The manager said no I'll make you a new one I want you to be happy. I couldn't believe it it. When it arrived it was amazing so I highly recommend this seasons 5 stars“
