“Wow, great Tonalteca burrito! Service is friendly. We have been her two dozen times. Good happy hour and open for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We will do takeout often but dinning in is always a pleasure - full bar.

GM, Juan, runs a great front and kitchen staff. Cannot say enough about how well run this restaurant is run - excellent food and service.

The bar is a good place to watch European, North, Central, and South American football (soccer).

By far the best Mexican we have had in the Wilmington - Newark area. We moved here from Southern California. I would compare it to the better Mexican restaurants in San Diego.“

“Are at the North East location for the second time tonight. We had great service at the bar from Maria. The food was delicious. Guacamole was so fresh tasting and we loved the tamales, enchiladas, and tacos. The margaritas were amazing, we enjoyed looking up all the tequilas offered and look forward to trying more of them next time! Thank you Casa Mezcal for a great date night. “This is our go-to place for Mexican takeout in Kennett Square. We regularly get the special meat burrito with lomo (seasoned shredded pork), burrito with asada, and chicken quesadilla. The huaraches and enchiladas are also really good. All meals come with a ton of food. They give you little hot sauce containers and limes to go with your meal. There’s a small eating area where you often find people dining, but we typically to takeout because we order during the week and the food travels well. They’re always really quick when we call; about 15 minutes and the food is ready.

The owner is almost always the one who answers the phone and greets you when you come in. You can tell that he cares about his restaurant and making his customers happy, and you can feel good that you’re supporting a small local business, not a big chain. (If you happen to be helped by someone other than the owner, like a moody teen, don’t let it put you off).

The prices are reasonable, especially considering how much food you get.

One note: PAY CASH or you’ll be charged a credit card fee that they don’t even tell you about. This is the one complaint I have about this place. I know that many businesses are now doing this, but there are no signs in the restaurant warning of this fee and if you tell them you’re paying by card, they type a higher amount into the credit card machine without telling you.

The small parking lot could definitely be repaved and the building looks a little iffy in its lighting and placement among car repair shops and an apartment construction site, but it all adds to the feeling that you’ve found a hidden gem.

Parking: Not too many spots, but I’ve never found it totally full. Pavement is bumpy with lots of holes.“

“Celebrating a Fathers Day reunion, we 5 chose here because we share a love for good, creative Mexican fare... esp. table-made guacamole. Our guac and meals were delicious, as usual here. Our server, Sadie, was cheery and helpful in taking and serving our orders... but... Disappointingly, our table became ignored after we ordered sopapilla dessert. In fact, our dessert was served while our table was still cluttered with our meal dishes and silver, and without fresh dessert plates, spoons, etc. NOT GOOD! Our son then sought a waiter and commandeered plates and tools and we shared the dessert over a debris-strewn table ;-( I cornered the on-duty assistant manager (otherwise unseen for the evening) and shared my frustration with the evident inattention to service detail... he said, "I'll pass that on..." Try harder, folks!“

Can't review alcoholic drinks because I don't drink.Recently I ordered pick up. Upon the return time they gave me... It took about a 20 minute wait for someone to come to the front to assist me with my pick up . They gave me a receipt but not my debit card back. Partly my fault to realize this.....but their fault too...this is the 2nd time that happened to me at pick up.. I think maybe a bell would work at the front desk to get someone's attention.i even stood at the bar for 5 minutes but no one came out.for awhile.. all in all I will probably return here be a use thw food I've had has been delicious each time....I recommend the shrimp quesidilas and I love their rice. However I think that their customer service really needs attention. They gave me a menu. I ordered pick up and they said 15 to 20 minutes....once arriving to pick up I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for someone e to come to the front to get the food.“

“found this place about ten years ago from another friend. Loved it since then. Come here often. loved their fish taco and other tacos.

Mostly a take out place so the dinning area is very basic.

If you dine in, They don’t provide drinking water. You have to buy bottles water or other soft drinks“

“Been going here for well over 5 years. Since about 2019. The service is always A1, the food is the bomb diggity and the prices are always reasonable. Whether you get take or dine in (do dine in the atmosphere and everything is worth it) you will have a great experience overall. The tacos are sooooo good they never missed, ever! “I’ve been going here for about two years now and this is my of my favorite restaurants in the area. The Baja Shrimp tacos have this amazing sauce that makes the meal so so good. And the burros have such a good sauce too. I also love their fries, they’re so unique with them being so thin. The service here is also great. You get sat quickly, your server comes over fast, and your food comes out fast. The other night I had this server Dana who was so sweet and we had a nice conversation. It was great because I was dining alone so I was happy to have someone to talk to. And she recommended the pastelitos and they were delicious. Highly recommend!!!“

“I have enjoyed many products from Taste of Puebla over the years as they come to my local farmers market. Recently I tried 2 new products - the jalapeño poppers and the queso. Both are quite tasty. The poppers fried up well and are full of flavor. The queso is creamy and not too salty. it's great as a dip or on nachos. I highly recommend both!“

“Got tacos al pastor and they were super legit. They make the corn tortillas in house and you can tell, because they are fluffy as clouds. Plus they have my favorite taco compliment, Sidral Mundet apple soda. Definitely worth a stop.
