Next time I’d rather my ice coffee to be over flowing instead of half empty. I had been waiting too long to care so the point of getting it to even make a big deal. Maybe the training process is what lacks, but that was the crappiest service I’ve ever had. I waited almost 10 minutes to get waited on while people that has been there before me stood around and waited for a coffee that took someone working the register two seconds to step away and make.
