They helped me find just the right decaf drink for my evening stop, filled my water bottle after a long day of travel, then I stopped the next morning for breakfast on my way out of town. “The donuts looked amazing compared to the dunkins in the area of Newark in New Castle County. The coffee rolls were huge like the originals, not like the donut size that we have. The donuts were the original size also and looked fabulous. We actually got stuff from the Baskin Robbins part of the store. The Mango smoothies were perfect. The employees were quick and very nice. And it was a very clean lobby area.“

“Stopped in this morning and ordered a coffee smoothie and it was very good. The staff were friendly and efficient. My total time from waiting to order and receiving my order was about 15 minutes. This post is specifically for the owners and management of the Rehoboth Beach location. During the summer season, I avoid this location… it is way too busy and the layout and staff are not able to deliver like the off season months. Owners and management, you have a terrific product, dedicated staff and an idea location!!!! However, you seriously need to analyze your business and adjust to meet the demands of your customers. Due to being overwhelmed and poor productivity, your customers will eventually look elsewhere. As a few suggestions; the kitchen needs to hand out completed food orders to customers in place of waiting for drink staff trying to break away preparing drinks, add another complete drink preparation area in the bar area and a quality control member to ensure food and drinks are up to your company standards. You should consider stopping all online orders during the locations busiest hours. Your business is customer driven and you have many dissatisfied and frustrated customers.“

“Coming inside to get coffee is the way to go here. It seems the drive through people rarely order ahead and have at least 4 people ordering various coffee drinks so it takes forever.

“This Starbucks is inside the Giant foods grocery store. I'm not sure why, but the lattes I have had from here are particularly GOOD. White chocolate mocha (hot) is smooth and creamy without any acidity that you sometimes get from other stores. Other drinks like strawberry refreshers have been well made. Nice polite staff.“

“Outstanding McDonald's restaurant in Long Neck Delaware. We stay at a motel very close to here and enjoy breakfast every vacation and or business trip morning here. Highly recommended for breakfast. Very friendly staff always and the Manager is very pleasant and friendly and remembers me every time I order breakfast.

Parking: If you chose to walk in and order breakfast instead of going through the drive through like myself you have to pull in around to the middle of this parking lot and park it's much easier. Next to the marked drive through parking only to your left.

Kid-friendliness: I see children with the parents all the time here.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheel chair myself yet I could see the access for wheel chairs here are absolutely available to use on the entrance I use.“

“This McDonald’s is a convenient stop when we’re in the mood for a familiar meal without spending much time deciding where to eat. We enjoy the food, and our experiences here have been good overall. It’s the kind of place we’re comfortable returning to when we want something simple.
