Whenever I visit the Rehoboth area, Kindle is on my dinner list. The food is always a high quality, the service is attentive, and it's an all around wonderful experience.
I highly recommend the lamb shank and the sea scallops over Raman is excellent.
Kindle is also very accommodating for those with Celiac and need gluten free options.

Discovered Kindle 2 years ago when we moved to the area. The only downside is no reservations and all parties must be present to be seated.
However the service, price point, menu and quality are worth the visit!

Food is American and the have a great burger and skirt steak. Salads are decent.
Skip the fried mushrooms because you just eat beading.
