First time hare and got a refresher...so delicious. I was leary because I am a diabetic, but they are telling the truth. Drank the whole thing and my blood sugar stayed normal!!!! I wish I lived closer

Customers enjoy a unique variety of protein shakes and lifted mocktails made right in front of you. The peanut butter banana smoothie is excellent, fresh, and delicious. The mocktail refreshers are also amazing. Even diabetics can enjoy the refreshers, as blood sugar stays normal. The bottled mocktails are perfect for days when you cannot get to Lewes. The vibes are 10/10, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. One customer says it is their go-to spot when in the area.
