“Very good well priced food and lots of it. My dinner was delicious. I was given the choice of soup or salad as well as two sides with my entree.
I also had to take home dessert which was the best lemon cake I ever ate.

A plate of fries, shakes, cakes and pies.

So the lose a star because they don't have shakes. This is un-American. A Diner has shakes, it just is.

And yet, they don't.

The staff is typically friendly and helpful. The service was very good, and the food was prepared quickly.

We definitely preferred their Breakfast food over the Lunch food.

We made another visit to the Milford Diner for breakfast with family. All of the food came out hot, correct, and well-prepared. We all enjoyed the food - it tasted great!

This is a really good diner in a convenient location.
I recommend checking their hours before you go because they are limited.

I have tried two another things and I didn’t like the smaller portions they gave me with those other platters so I will just stick with the amazing okra stew with fufu. “I had a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, our server was great and attentive, and our food was amazing! The only thing I didn't eat was my plate and fork! I had the constitutional and added strawberries to my pancakes. I substituted my sausage and bacon for turkey products as well. It was a great morning. “Absolutely loved their food. I had the Thai Basil with chicken spicy, Pad Thai with chicken, and their Spring Rolls. The food was hot and delicious. I’ve ordered over the phone and in person both times the customer service was excellent. My first time I would have eaten in, but they were packed and that’s a great sign to me. Love Love Love!!!

Parking: Plenty of parking in a shared parking lot for the shopping strip.

“I have lived in Delaware for 78 years and never heard of this place. We went to Virginia restaurant on eastern shore for great seafood. They closed their doors during the pandemic. Our friends have been looking on line for local restaurants that serve seafood we like. Checked your restaurant out the first part of August. Food is delicious. Our compliments to the chef. Staff very friendly and service was excellent. Restaurant very clean and view is breathtaking. Telling everyone we know. Taking my sister and brother-in-law August 17 2023 for lunch.“

“Used to go to Hall's regularly until they lost it. Recently tried Mike and Mels and were pleasantly surprised. Split pea soup is the real deal, chunks of ham and delicious flavor. So is the chicken noodle soup. Chunks of chicken, a hearty broth and great flavor. Liver and onions is done just right and tender. Have tried several burgers and they do a nice job on them. Good breakfast, but I am not a fan of their home fries. Reasonable prices and good service.“

The “triple play” option gave us a nice variety, while keeping everything reasonably priced. Our service was consistent without ever being over the top. Food was very good, and hot. It had not been left sitting under a heat lamp. Check out the “home run” option if those drinks are in your wheel house! Or you’re one who saves room for dessert! Will, for sure be putting this back on our list! Staff was clearly prepping for the dinner rush by cleaning and stocking needed items, but it never took away from service.“

“very disappointed.. went there with a friend on Thursday, 4 tables were occupied by customers. We were seated and placed our order. Sashimi 15pcs, took 45 minutes to get my order. The tuna and salmon were on the warm side, scary! The waitress never came by to refill or update on our order. I finally got her attention and asked for a refill of my cranberry juice,she informed me that there is no refill on cranberry. I kinda thought since I have sat there fir over 45 minutes, one would think a free refill would be nice. Anyway, I didn't finish my meal.. They focus on pick up orders,more than actual customers that are seated. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They are slow, rude and I think the fish is way to warm. someone will get very sick sooner or later.“

The young man "Tom" took a plate from an elderly man and carried it to his table, this melted my heart. He later told me "that's my pop, not really but yeah". “This is place is amazing. We go here a couple times every few months and every time we go its just amazing. Service is absolutely amazing, the hostess is always super kind and we always have a super cool waiter. The management is amazing also. The wait for the food is a little long but its typical for a restaurant. We waited and bit long for our fries one time and they served us dessert on the house for the wait, amazing. The restaurant itself is very cool, has a bar inside with plenty of tvs for sports. I definitely recommend this place for a place for dinner with family, friends or just night out on friday. Love the food, its always hot and absolutely delicious. Totally recommend this place.“
