This location has dispensed with cashiers if you come into the lobby, which I did today to avoid the extremely long line at the drive thru. You must order for yourself at a kiosk and pay with credit/debit or the mobile app. Not sure what they do if you were planning to pay cash, as there is no one standing anywhere near the registers of whom you can ask a question. Went in to order, they don't speak English well and I ended up having to place another order because they simply deleted the items I ordered that they did not have. So, took much longer than anticipated.

My drink was sitting at the window, but the worker was too busy talking on their cell phone to take my money so I could pay and leave. When I I got her attention to try to pay, she still continued to talk on her cell phone while she took my money and of course never said sorry, and looked at me like it was my fault for rushing her.
