We were traveling back to the Philly area from St Michael's and looking for a lunch spot. In the sea of cookie cutter chain restaurants that flood Middletown DE, we opted for this mom and pop shop that sits unassumingly in an older plaza. It's not a flashy joint but the food is phenomenal! I ordered the grilled pork bun noodles which I still daydream about. The pho is broth is flavorful and had a decent amount of filling.
The vermicelli noodles with grilled shrimp was delicious. The shrimp was cooked well and they gave you plenty of it. Overall the portion was a little small but it still filled us up.

Nice quiet place to get pho. Food was delicious!! I honestly would’ve gave it higher but unfortunate there was a bug in my pho. They were cool about it and took it off my bill but I probably won’t return because of that. Service was okay, not them warm and welcoming but I don’t mind that.
