We went tonight - I ordered a cheeseburger…I said no pickles, just ketchup and mustard ordered a small blizzard. Got the cheeseburger…nothing on it not even mustard and ketchup. The girl handed me the blizzard and I said aren’t you supposed to flip it upside first or I get a free blizzard….she looks at me dumbfounded takes my blizzard back and then was going flip it I said just give me the blizzard….guess they don’t do what they say…we will stick with Lewes DQ...read full review
The Blizzards NEVER have enough toppings, even when you pay for extra!!! I brought this to the attention of one of the “managers” and she looks at me dead in the face and says, “it’s all portioned out, so I can give you a refund or you can pay for more toppings.” I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS because this location never puts enough toppings into a standard Blizzard! I left absolutely fuming and will never be back to this location.
