“So, we’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for quite a while and this time there was an issue with the box tops being smushed into the pizzas. Likely due to a long wait between leaving the store and delivery leading to the condensation softening the boxes; at any rate, I called as soon as I got the pizzas (they were a no contact drop off) and was put through to the manager who quickly assured me they would remake the ones that were ruined. I fully expected to have to fight with someone over this, and even though I was disappointed in what happened- things do happen and they way it was dealt with was just awesome.“
