I don't know what happened. I ordered at 630 pm, got a couple of texts, one said pizza was delayed and the other said pizza was on it's way, but the 2nd text was from doordash. I didn't realize that I was 1 1/2 miles away, so I drove there. Door dash dude was sitting in the parking with my lukewarm pizza. I took the pizza. I didn't get the name of the Papa John's employee, there was only one, he apologized profusely, offered free soda, free dessert, and would make a fresh pie....read full review
I ordered garlic knots and who ever prepared the dish made the sauce that was suppose to be contained on the garlic knots so watery that it literally oozed through each open corners of the box and didn’t put the wax paper to properly protect the wet ingredients (sauce) from leaking. Needless to say paying money for poor service. Now I have the garlic sent in my car
