I’ve come to this dunkin countless times and I’ve never had a bad experience unlike the one that I just had. I preordered my coffee and food on the app and proceeded to pick up the order at the drive thru. The employee did not greet me at all, she didn’t even say “Hi” or “what was the name for the order again?” Not even a smile. When I pulled up to the window, I said hi and looked at the employee so I read this as she wasn’t ready for me so I waited patiently. Nothing but awkward silence. I’ve worked in retail and food service so I know as this is common sense to greet the customer when they approach you. That’s rule number one of not just any retail service but human decency. After 5 minutes of silence she finally said “are you ready to pay?” I told her that I order my food and coffee on the app. She told me “next time say something then.” I was stunned because her tone and her body language was all very negative. Once I received my food it was cold, soggy, and did not taste good. This dunkin needs to stop being careless with food and train their employees proper interaction with customers.

Dunkin seems to care less about the quality and quantity of their food...for me it started my my coffee not being made right 3 times and it just went down hill from there...the service is inconsistent as far as friendliness goes...sandwiches are most of the time slapped together....loaded hashbrowns are the potion for a very very small child who is not very hungry at all....for the
Cost that's VERY bad....Show appreciation to your Customers by not being so skimpy....I do believe I will not give them my 5 times a week Business for awhile....my Drink today was just colored water that was supposed to be a tornado twist ...smh 😔

Love this Dunkin and MOST of the girls that work here. I'm a M-F regular at this place I'm now known by name 🤦‍♀️ I know don't judge me 😂
Joking..well kinda they do actually know me by name!! LoL...
The parking lot sucks at this location, but aside from that it's clean, most of the staff has changed a lot, but for most part amazing, and the manager is the sweetest. I can't remember her name though 🤦‍♀️ I know I'm totally failing right now...

Parking: Parking lot does suck alot of people won't stop here bc of the pain in the butt parking lot.. definitely a small property, but still I LOVE IT, AND THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!!!!

this place sucks! Not worth the wait or confusion of the drive thru? I find it so dumb. Also, i asked what kind of donuts they had because every time i said one flavor she said they didn’t have any so she had named all of them that they had. One was chocolate and i had said i will just go with the chocolate. I kid you not, she then says “we don’t have chocolate” i should’ve just left after that because she was just as confusing as the drive thru.

Bought 25 munchkins, when I received them they were hard and nasty with barely any glaze. I ask if I could get them replaced but they said those were the only ones they had which is understandable so I asked for a refund. The lady grabbed a manager I assume who came over and gave me a bad attitude saying the munchkins are freshly baked. I had to explain to her I’m not eating them because they taste bad so I would appreciate a refund.

My drink was too was sweet to the point where I could not drink it and I had to throw it out. I did not realize this until I was well up the highway. The service was alright, it took a little while for them to even acknowledge that we were in the building, but that's fine I try to be patient. The tables were kind of dirty, but again it's whatever. I'm more upset about my drink being so sweet. I had to throw it out after only taking a few sips. It was inedible. It was like they dumped the whole bottle of sugar in it. But I was like do I really turn around and return it after having driven up the highway? So I'm just not going to go to this one anymore. The one in longneck seems to be more consistent and much better than the one In town Millsboro. And the parking lot at the one in town Millsboro is confusing and makes no sense at all!!

Slow service, short staffed. Drive thru was a little busy, we decided to go inside. We were the only ones there and took about 5 minutes for someone to help us taking our order. Only 2 employees working, one taking care of the drive thru window and the other one preparing online orders before she could help us.
