I Can not tell a lie.. I love Frisco Burgers.. and, usually, don't compliant about service.. two visits - two bad services!!! First was a new guy- he messed my order up...(I get it we all have to start somewhere) second time - the shift manager- I was a total inconvenience for her... she couldn't get back to her conversation fast enough... I am the reason you are there !! I am the customer.. the one that makes your job. A Job !! Both times were at the Millsboro, De. Location.. Sorry Hardee's, but the truth is the truth.. No, I'm not looking for a free meal .. I just want Good service when stopping in for my favorite Frisco Burger !!!!

It was super clean and the cashier was extremely friendly and nice from the beginning. I was then served my food by the general manager along with the cashier. Super rare from a fast food restaurant these days. The food was hot and fresh. Highly recommended

Great location. Service was really good and staff was friendly. Line went fast and food was fresh. Will definitely come back soon. Convenient location and plenty of parking. We have come here a few times and ever time the food is fresh.

The manager doesn't give her employees a break,and treats them very badly. Unless they are part of her family. Never wears any head cover or gloves. The only people that do have head covers and gloves are the workers in the back,no one up front has any gloves or head cover.. I will report this manager about NO BREAKS FOR HER EMPLOYEES...just sad, no one should have to work without a break....tighten it up Nina!!!

Usually, its pretty clear that the owner of a hardees just has no more cares left to give. The buildings looks rundown, like they're one foot out of the door, especially in sussex county. However, this particular hardees delivers consistent fantastic service. Their people care, they're always nice and engage in a quick banter. I genuinely hope the owner of this place continues to invest in their people and they pay them fairly because the people are fantastic and deserve it.
This place is nasty.. the girl working the drive thru has on gloves touching everything. We were told to pull up so that they can bring our food out to us. When they finally brought our food to us, I opened my burger and the ketchup, mayo, and mustard was all over the outside of the bun squashed onto the sides and top of bun.. so I went inside and very nicely asked if I could get a fresh burger and the girl from the drivethru window was polite and said yes, but she began preparing my burger with the same gloves I observed her touching everything with from drivethru.. I asked her if she was gonna make my burger with those gloves she’s been touching everything with and she said no as she took her hand out the bag of buns, then proceeded to take gloves off.. I literally went to Hardee’s and threw away $30.. because I’m not eating the food from this nasty place! I would like the number for corporate, because the number that’s posted on the wall inside is the wrong number.. this place needs to be shut down immediately!
