Ordered 3 pizzas, received 2....went back obviously...and was told by the 'manager' oh that's because we didn't make that one, hold on I'll do it now. Seriously!? And then someone attempted to buy a soda, apparently they have NO change for a $20 so her $1.99 charge was put on a credit card while the 'manager' grilled the other employee and slammed the register. The pizza was gooey, no sauce,DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I wish I could give 0 stars, there’s a million other pizza places around here. Please order somewhere else. They are overwhelmed and poorly managed. Ordered an hour ago. Told it was ready 30 minutes ago. Still standing here. They are messing up orders left and right. A woman came in and they only gave her 2/3 pizzas. She called them out on it. Didn’t offer to make her whole order fresh. So she only got 1 pizza actually still warm by the time she left. No discount, no apologies, nothing offered by management. Atp I could’ve ordered from another location, left, picked it up, come back, and my original order would still not be ready. Better ingredients, better pizza? Try get better management ffs.

Tbh idk what’s happened to PapaJohns but every time I have an issue now adays. This time it actually got to me within a decent time and I was excited bc the time before it took almost two hours to get my order but this time only 30 so I was like yeah wooo! And I open it and half my cheese is off my pizza and it’s like wet for some reason. The other pizza I got literally has like no sauce on it. The past couple times including this one had been rather disappointing. I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m just done ordering PapaJohns.

Amazing Service I stopped by while moving some military vehicles so I was in uniform. They upgraded one of our pizzas and gave us a drink free, and probably the only reason they didn't give us the pizzas for free too was because we had already paid for it. It's good to see businesses supporting military service members.

I ordered an order of cheese bread and end up with a box of just bread. I called to ask if they could remake and redeliver them but I was told that I have to pay for a delivery fee.

I haven’t had Papa John’s in years and I went here over the past couple of days and it’s just superior to Dominos. The cheese sticks are phenomenal. The manager Micheal was very helpful, professional and prompt. I had a two great back to back experiences. I think a lot of the negative comments are punitive - issues that are better taken to the manager instead of complaining. Anyway, I highly recommend. No place is ever going to be perfect but I think the women and men that work here do their best. Oh, their store and the bathroom were clean as well.

I ordered a Pepperoni Papadias, and they put personal pepperoni pizza in the box and folded it in half. On top of that, the pizza is burnt.

Placed ordee. Received text at 6:01 saying it was on the way. 6:47 called to see where my food was and the manager said they got busy and it's on the way. I said I really hope it's hot. Her response was me too ! I stopped ordering from them for this reason before. I do like their pizza but the service sucks. The driver said the text wasn't true he just picked it up. I live 5 min away. It was Luke warm

I've previously worked at a Papa Johns for 7 years and I am very satisfied with the service at this location. Food is always hot when delivered and ahead of schedule. Delivery driver is very nice. Will order again if I'm in the area!

So I ordered food before goin to work and didn’t have the chance so I decided to eat them later and I’m a manager my self so I call the next day and the manager says I shoulda called the same day that she’s not giving out free food I have my reciept. And online order I ain’t looking for charity I’m looking to have sauce on my boneless wings when that’s what it says it comes with a professional would have taken care of the order sorry I didn’t eat it right when I bought it mabye I’m in the wrong for not calling right away but you all as a professional business need to make your food how it is suppose to be made

I ordered food on a Saturday at 8:30pm they said it was an 1 1/2 hour wait cause they were short on drivers. Ok so I cancelled the order no big deal. Next day I order @ 3:30. I never got a confirmation so called the store. Someone who answered said it was put in a ? Maybe a cloud, I didn't know what he was talking about And no driver would be there till 4 at the store. Ok so I figured I would get my delivery around 4:45ish. At 5:15 I left my house to go find something else for dinner. And called and cancelled the order. I love their pizza but waiting an hour and 15 mins for delivery?
