Terrible place to get pizza, the pizzas are a mess when they do get delivered and they have no idea what a combination pizza was when I asked. The guy said we just make pizzas lol

I ordered a Pepperoni Papadias, and they put personal pepperoni pizza in the box and folded it in half. On top of that, the pizza is burnt.

Placed ordee. Received text at 6:01 saying it was on the way. 6:47 called to see where my food was and the manager said they got busy and it's on the way. I said I really hope it's hot. Her response was me too ! I stopped ordering from them for this reason before. I do like their pizza but the service sucks. The driver said the text wasn't true he just picked it up. I live 5 min away. It was Luke warm

I've previously worked at a Papa Johns for 7 years and I am very satisfied with the service at this location. Food is always hot when delivered and ahead of schedule. Delivery driver is very nice. Will order again if I'm in the area!

So I ordered food before goin to work and didn’t have the chance so I decided to eat them later and I’m a manager my self so I call the next day and the manager says I shoulda called the same day that she’s not giving out free food I have my reciept. And online order I ain’t looking for charity I’m looking to have sauce on my boneless wings when that’s what it says it comes with a professional would have taken care of the order sorry I didn’t eat it right when I bought it mabye I’m in the wrong for not calling right away but you all as a professional business need to make your food how it is suppose to be made

I ordered food on a Saturday at 8:30pm they said it was an 1 1/2 hour wait cause they were short on drivers. Ok so I cancelled the order no big deal. Next day I order @ 3:30. I never got a confirmation so called the store. Someone who answered said it was put in a ? Maybe a cloud, I didn't know what he was talking about And no driver would be there till 4 at the store. Ok so I figured I would get my delivery around 4:45ish. At 5:15 I left my house to go find something else for dinner. And called and cancelled the order. I love their pizza but waiting an hour and 15 mins for delivery?

Look… I know everyone makes mistakes. I know working at Papa John’s can seem like a thankless job (we appreciate you). However; I have door dashed here multiple times and it’s ALWAYS wrong. That being said, when you and your wife really have a craving for a 5 Star, world class — chocolate chip cookie and breadsticks experience, you don’t want to be let down. Receiving the cinnamon pull apart, while tasty in their own right — just doesn’t scratch that itch. Everyone knows Pappa has the best breadsticks! We didn’t receive those, we received BULLY STICKS fit for my dogs chewing habit. Please do better. Management — raise wages and hire the appropriate people. Thanks! Have a great weekend.

I don’t ever write reviews but as a public health issue, what I saw didn’t sit well with me. My family and I don’t eat here often but on Sunday 06/09/24 we went and the manger was super nice and friendly. However, when preparing the food they did not wash their hands nor put on gloves after touching the registers and handling the money I gave them. They then continued to wipe their hands on their shirt to help out another customer, handled their cash before returning to handle more dough without having washed their hands. As I looked around, no employee handling the food was wearing gloves and I suspect no hand washing either. I don’t think we will be ordering from this establishment again. Especially because an order of a Medium pizza, wings, and cheese bread were almost $60

Absolutely disgusting, my grandmother got take out for us before she went to work. We waited 40 minutes.. the dread sticks came not even warm. The pizza looked ABSOLUTELY gutwrenching, I cut a slice then put it down it was so bad? zero sauce with a mountain of cheese. My brother had two bites and fell sick, also we got one cheese pizza and one half pineapple and half cheese. The pizza was full of pineapple, was poorly made very sloppy. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Never coming here again!
