The young man made an amazing papa johns pizza. Honestly maybe the best pizza i ever had from papa johns and ive been a chef and cooked for almost 30 years. Perfect toppings, cheese and sauce ratio. Ill be working in the area for awhile and ill definitely be back.

Ordered online received a call back from an employee name joe telling me that they were out of wings, (fine things happen) then when I tried to change my order suddenly the pizza over is messing up all day. This is not the first time something of this sort has happened with this papa johns. I have had a time where a order wasn't delivered but I was still charged. If you go in face to face they are very pleasant and kind however online or phone orders I do not recommend.

I ordered the pizza off door dash. The pizza arrived raw, barely baked. Stuck to the box. Tried getting hold of a manager they said won’t be one in until Monday 15th. Offered to bring pizza back they said don’t bother. I called Monday no manger left a message and three days later still nothing. Terrible pizza, terrible customer service. Also ordered a garlic sauce didn’t get it when I mentioned it to the person from the store he said they were out waiting on a delivery truck.

Has to be the worst service ever. Ordered delivery & had to call back twice wondering what was taking so long. 1st time I called because said online my order was already delivered & it wasn’t. They said the order was on its way & the online always does that🤷🏻♀️. Waited another 40min & called back a 2nd time. Now they say they were short drivers & had to call DoorDash to deliver my food & was on its way. Two hrs later from the original call our pizza finally shows up cold & no sauce on it & the cheesy breadsticks came with no sauce to dip it in. Really…….Should have been honest from the start if you had no drivers but you didn’t. Needless to say my husband will be going to this place this wknd to complain & hopefully get a refund.

I really appreciate how quick their service is—perfect when you’re in the mood for pizza and don’t want to wait around. The staff at this location were friendly at pickup and had everything boxed up neatly. The pizza itself was exactly what I was craving—good crust, plenty of cheese, and the toppings were fresh. I also grabbed an order of breadsticks, which came out hot and soft with plenty of dipping sauce. This location feels clean and well-run, and they actually got the order right without missing any items, which isn’t always guaranteed at some chains. If you’re in the Milford area and want a quick, dependable pizza option, this Papa John’s is a safe bet.

I made a online purchase. I'm from Millsboro but was over in Salisbury MD at the time. So I made it to be picked up at the closet one to me which was N Salisbury. So when I went into the N Sailsbury Papa Johns store he had no record of a order. manager told me to call the store and tell them what happen and cancel order. So the employee at Millsboro said no problem and thank you. well 24 hours later I'm still billed for a pizza at Millsboro location. I will not be going to Papa John's in Millsboro again...

So Papa johns now uses door dash for deliveries before 5pm. My order was sitting for 40 minutes still waiting for a door dash pickup with no way to confirm if anyone was comming for it.
This Papa John's never has the smaller sodas in their cooler.

I'm absolutely livid. The guy did not wash his hands before making my pizza, and on top of that I had to wait so long the pizza was cold the pizza was so bad and just the thought of the man's unwashed hands being on my food made me sick his hands where so dirty to. his name tag said Joe on it I usually pay a lot for my orders because I'm feeding a family. never again will I eat at this establishment

I will not order from here anymore! Absolutely use to love the fast service and delivery but recently ive had nothing but issues. Ordered 2 pizzas one mushroom and one bacon they were out of both my toppings and because i waa at work trying to have food delivered to my kids they sent 2 cheese pizzas to my house. Ok gine ima little upset but ok my kid ds aate it. Ordered again about two weeks later ordered online as i always do, 56+ dollars and after and hour and a half waiting they xall me and tell me my order never went through and they never made my order. Its now 830pm and im not getting my order and my 3 year old is still hungry.... Well needless to say i will NOT be ordering from them anymore. Unfortunately ill find another place.
