Mobile ordered my two drinks and food, and this is the second time I’ve been to this Starbucks and each time I’ve asked for Light ice in a drink it’s FILLED with ice. I don’t get it?
I was here shortly after 7 AM. Not busy at all, felt like I was invisible for the first five minutes while waiting at the counter ( the only customer at the register). A young girl with red ( not real) hair walked by me twice, she may have been the manager ( god help us all) , never alerted the other baristas (4) , that there was a customer waiting for service. Finally got served by a woman who was attentive, waited for fresh coffee to be brewed , left not understanding the business...read full review
