“Great food, great customer service, love going there.“

“Before I mention anything else I want to commend the server working the lunch shift today. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and it wasn’t working and I saw that there were a few cars backed up waiting for their food, I assumed this wasn’t going to be a pleasurable visit. I watched through the window as the server was feverishly packing orders and when she came to the window to take my order I could tell she was not having the best of days. I honestly think she was the only one working! I was pleased that when I made one funny compassionate comment she got a big smile and we both even laughed a little. Because of her, my expectation of a bad experience disappeared and it became a very pleasant one!
I stop at this location once in awhile and have watched it go from one of the better KFC’s to one of the worst. Maybe they should let the server I had today run the place, she had things moving good even with all the obstacles she was dealing with.“

“Good , but recently I saw a team member bringing a fork to a customer , but n his way he dropped the fork ,pick it up and gave it to the customer.(cross contamination) A manager was behind him but i don’t think he was aware of it . Excellent service fast and nice people ,quiality is good 👍“

“Always an enjoyment to come here. The service is wonderful and they are always so kind. The parking lot to which it is located in is awful, but that is out of chick-fil-a's control. The kindness of the staff outweighs the frusteration of the parking lot.“

“This is the best Chick-fil-A. it's the typical salty Chick-fil-A food that should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but this particular location has really great service. The lobby is pretty large, and the play place really gives you an option for a fun place to take your little ones. They have this place well-staffed on all shifts, and there are usually workers floating around the lobby making sure the customers have everything they need. This kind of service is getting rare at many fast food establishments. There is never a huge wait here, and if they forget something, there is usually someone nearby you can flag down to fix it quickly. So many other fast food chains are really suffering and the experience has
tanked in quality because there just aren't enough adequately trained people on any given shift to take your order, make and serve your food *and* keep the place clean and the drink, condiments, and supplies stocked and operational. This place is always busy, and it's because people can rely on good service.

Kid-friendliness: They have family nights with games, activities, and promos where they partner with other businesses and organizations. The cow comes out to pose for pictures with the kids too. The play place is always helpful for younger kids to make friends and have some fun.“

“I bit into the chicken strip, and its entire meat just crushed like a snow. My entire body shivered. Ain't no Michelin restaurant can deliver this kind of experience. Thumbs up for kitchen crew and the owner who's keeping the standard of chick game so high!!“

“I’ve frequented this location due to the consistency of food quality, especially with the tenders. At the other surrounding locations, the tenders tend to be dry but at this one, no matter the time of day I’ve come they’ve always been juicy, full of meat and fresh-tasting. Please keep it up!“
