whoever is running this store needs to close it, and regroup. CHAOS. cold food, rude customer service and whoever violet is, they be screaming your name i guess you’re the manager. take notes. you’re a fast food service. not slow food. if you can’t operate safely, effectively and efficiently, then close the store and reevaluate. its giving KFC a bad reputation and i hope corporate sees all these negative reviews from months of unsatisfactory service.
