“This was the nicest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The customer service was very friendly and the drive-thru moved pretty fast but my order was correct and honestly, the food and tea were really good. Again, I've never had customer service so friendly and helpful in my ordering process. The lobby is currently closed so it's only drive-thru only but it moves pretty fast.“
“I did not know toasted coconuts were brown dounuts or I would have sent the white donuts back. They untoasted but I don't blame the server cause the rack he pulled from said toasted coconut. So the person who load the racks needs to check“

“Dunkin donuts in new castle on Basin road is the best in the area hands down . The food is always cooked right , iced latte perfect and donuts are nice and fresh. The employees are always pleasant ( forgot to mention in the very beginning.) It makes my morning enjoyable.“
“It is crowded in the mornings. And it takes like 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get served after order when it comes to the hot sandwiches. 7/10

“Love going through their drive thru. They're always fast and friendly. The line seems like it is long on the drive thru sometimes but goes really fast. They always remember my nickname so they already know what me and the dog are coming for.
Vegetarian options: There are quite a few as the owner and a lot of his employees do not eat meat themselves
Parking: Very large parking lot that there is enough for the large church there on Sunday, bowlerama and Dunkin donuts.
Wheelchair accessibility: I just know that their is a small ramp going toward the door and several handicap parking spaces.“
“Service with a smile and good sense of humor ?. It was pouring down raining when I got to the drive thru . The guy waiting on me made light of it and served me without skipping a beat . The coffee was made perfectly and hot . If I'm ever in that area I'll go back if I'm needing my coffee fix ?“
“Been liking dunkin donuts more and more since Starbucks has gotten so worse with their service and prices, glad I downloaded the dunkin donuts app too helps out alot with free drinks and donuts here and there and the points add up quick, I always get the Large Carmel latte with no sugar“
