The food is worth the wait. I took the long wait for granted and underestimated the final product. It was delicious! Great place to order from when you don't have time to prepare for a large family event.
I was so excited to find a place that could make Puerto Rican food and you could mail order... I put in an order on July 26 , the website and email I received said it would take about 10 to 14 days for them to make the order and ship... but it's been over a month and I've tried to call and talk to someone... I received a text on Friday saying it would ship on Monday and I would receive it today... well it's 8:30 pm and i got nothing... this Is not how you handle new customers......read full review

I placed an order on November 16 for pasteles and a few other items. I received my pasteles in time for the holidays for which I’m very grateful. They were delicious. However the rest of my items still have yet to be delivered. And I have been trying for three weeks to get an update from the owner of the business. The only reason this business is getting two stars is because the pasteles were very tasty.However, the customer service and communication is something to be desired....read full review
