I wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE placing an order with this non-customer service business. I ordered March 2nd, Monica replied to my noting that my order would be delivered March 30th. Luckily I went through PayPal, filed a claim, I received the order 4/14, and the products were thawed. I updated my claim and was able to receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this business! Reply: I emailed several times, to receive a status and received one reply that the order would be shipped March 30th. UPS received the package 4/11 and I received it 4/14.

Warning Scam Alert: they'll take your money and never deliver. I was very patient for 2+ months, never heard from them again! All their contact modes are completely and totally ignored. I didn't mind the wait but I do mind being ignored and scammed. They should be referred to law enforcement!

Please don't waste your energy or your money. I made a purchase on 4/1/21; never heard from them again. All my fb messages, telephone calls, emails are IGNORED! They said it takes 10-12 business days for your order to go out. I have been waiting more than a month! I have left messages to cancel my order as I am tired of waiting for my pasteles! I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again! I should've learned my lesson when they were on Etsy and they did the same thing; take forever to send out their merchandise.

Payment cleared the bank on March 2nd 2021II received a confirmation of the order on March 2 2021I placed another order about 3 weeks before Xmas and received it late Jan or early FebI understood the timing on that for all the reasons they listed when order placed but those excuses no longer apply.
I like most of you have fallen prey to this BS. Almost 3 months after placing my order ...nothing. I am a return orderer!! I do have options, my sister works for the state DA.

Like others, I placed an order that I never received. What's worse is that I didn't even get a response to several emails I sent. I placed the order (#2314) and received confirmation on 1/16/2021. I followed up on 2/10 and 2/16 and received no reply. Interestingly, their website has an apology from the owner regarding slower-than-usual delivery delays. However, I didn't get one nor did others here. One day, if she's still in business, she'll learn that it's good practice to reply to customer emails no matter the issue. From what I can see here is that she's already lost her business. Unfortunate!

I placed an order on December 14, 2020 as a Christmas present for my Father living very far away from his family in Puerto Rico and was so excited for him to get a little taste of home after a very difficult year. Monica, if that's her real name, immediately took my money and never fulfilled the order, after hundreds of texts, emails, and phone calls I'm in contact with the police and the BBB. What kind of sick people take your money and don't provide the product OR refund your money?? Be warned, they are scammers and will steal your money.
